    A deeply restful 75minute experience combining gentle stretch in a heated studio with the stillness of Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep).


    This practice supports your nervous system, eases feelings of overwhelm, and invites balance back in.
    Ideal for those craving a pause from doing—and a return to simply being.

    Yoga for the Nervous System.

    A gentle, supportive practice to help you feel safer in your body and calmer in your mind.

    Each session includes slow, mindful movement, a yin-style practice, and a guided Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and self-soothing.

    This is not about flexibility or performance.
    It’s about creating space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a kind, non-judgemental way.

How to set up your ClassFit profile and book classes.

Quick and easy steps

1. Go to the link below

app.classfit.com/clienthome

2. Create your account

• Click “create an account”

• Add your name, email, and password.

• You’ll be asked to complete a short health questionnaire (just once).

3. Set up your profile

• Add any details needed (contact info, emergency contact, etc.).

• Save your profile so it’s ready for bookings.

4. Book your class

• Go to the JenFitnessUK timetable.

• Select the class you want (e.g. Strong40 Thursday).

• Click Book Now.

5. Make payment

• Follow the payment prompts to confirm your place.

• You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done.

✅ Once this is set up, you can log in anytime, see all your class options, and manage your bookings in one place.
