Giving up is not an option!

About Me

After turning 40, I retrained to invest in my health as my confidence was low, anxiety high, I had gained weight although cardio training for hours each week, I had tried all fad diets and felt as if I was functioning like a zombie due to poor sleep quality. I now understand I am not alone with how I was feeling.

In 2018, I qualified as a Fitness Coach, then continued my training to qualify as a Hatha Yoga teacher. After building my yoga community I continued my journey within the fitness industry by training as a GP Exercise Referral Coach, allowing me to support people living with chronic illnesses to help improve their quality of life and wellbeing.

I am proud to be an EIQ Nutrition graduate, from the experience I have gained and studying I continue I work to support women in peri + menopause, a fear of food, improving physical/mental health with strength training, embracing self kindness and improving confidence. All areas which I can relate to and fully understand that progress is not going to be linear and that’s ok, I am here to support you along the way.

My life changed for the better in 2018, everyday I live to learn to improve my clients journey. I invest in personal development time to be a better coach, I block out weekly study blocks, to read, news, research papers, or listen to podcasts on health, nutrition, activity, women’s health to share the latest data, or understand trends which can flood the media and can impact my clients.

I truly believe in support and I too have a coach. If you haven’t tried it, I think you will be surprised what you can achieve with a little support from the right person..
